Added homemade beef bone stock to my diet. 8 ounces every day. I think it is helping with my thyroid and adrenal gland. My hormones seem to be better balanced. I feel more energetic and clear headed!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
