Had an awesome day! I ate really well and the only reason I was above my calorie threshold was because I had a very nice ride after work and thought I would need both a Gu before and a Hammer Bar after. That was a little bit dumb but it tasted good. Anyway, I also mowed the grass for the first time this year, which was fun and not nearly as much work as it was last summer. That is the great thing about loosing weight, it makes everyday things so much easier!
