2 day cheat weekend. Beer, doughnuts etc
224.4 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Never have cheat days. Incorporate your favorite foods into you everyday diet. You only like once, so eat your favorites, yet restrictively

I find that if I don’t cheat, I plateau. To a point now that I have to force myself to cheat. So far losing 2 lbs a week like clockwork, 10 weeks in 🙏.
