After a long month, I've lost a bit of weight. Takes too long for me after my weight static. I am still on my diet. Still strong. Workout daily with two a day workout. Try to workout more and increasing the intensity. I can fit clothes comfortably now. Starting slowly for HIIT. I wish and I hope I can keep the consistency. I don't have much time until my engagement date this upcoming November. I am rarely on here anymore since I am so busy at work. And with so many things aside. I wish u guys the best ^_^
200.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

5,9kg in a month is a very good score. You're doing great! Don't overdo your excercises because your body will refuse cooperation :) Rest is very important if you want to do it properly. Regards :)
