Hi,
I'm Polish so I think I can answer your question. I'm not an expert though as I don't do her program. Ewa Chodakowska is a very popular fitness celbrity in Poland now. She encourages thousands to follow her programs. And if you go on her FB fanpage you can see people sending her photos of their transformation. So obviously it does work. As with any weight loosing diet and fitness program one must be persistent and can't give up. You can find her excercises on youtube. They're in Polish but you'll still be able to follow, I think. Coconut milk/cream/oil
Hi,
I use coconut milk to all my sauces, such as curry or musroom sauce. Also I fry all my foods with coconut oil. I've been advised this by a friend of mine who watches over my diet and also is a professional personal fitness trainer. It works fine for me. I don't know about coffee thoughSmile
