Just keeping on. Working out 45 minutes on elliptical 5x week, yoga 4x week. Calories about 1600. Working on cutting out white flour and white sugar, which is the hardest.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
