I didn't over eat. I didn't work out either. I worked a double so... Anyhow, I'm just a bit frustrated because I should be lower. I just feel like I've been good and there has been no real progress. Let's hope there is a drop soon.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
