Woke up early again - got up and read, tried to go back to sleep, but didn't happen. Walked, and planning to go to Toco Hills to check out Nearly New shop, but a visor at the tennis shop, and pick up 'People of the Lie' at the book nook....got several other things I need to do today...maybe tomorrow will stop at HD to look at alternate light fixtures for the kitchen - new ceiling fan fixture is not bright enough.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
