WEll,having same Rice ,Dal curry and evening snacks sometimes Samosa and thall all in sundy had meat .But seems cycling everyday is the key of maintaining constant weight.
138.5 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
