10 weeks since my foot surgery and I am still at my goal weight! Even after 8 weeks on crutches. Forced myself to walk 1 mile/day on crutches. Also, since I was allowed weight bearing on my heel I modified an old Ortho boot so that I could ride a bike using my right heel. Started out on stationary but by week one I was out and about on an actual bike. Was quickly doing 20+ miles per day. It was a life saver! Grateful.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
