potatoes + brownies - exercise != good times

Having gone up 1 lb got triggered my panic mode which in turn caused me to be extremely motivated to go out for a ride. The new area is perfect for a 30-35 min bike ride so I'm in a much better mood from this morning when I weighed in. :)
177.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
