STU876's Journal, 10 May 2011

not really sure what the deal is. stayed under 2,000 calories every day this past week. busted it out in the gym with a personal trainer 3 days out of the week, and was in the gym 6 out of 7 days. noticed my sodium intake is high. i'm really hoping it's just fluid retention due to repairing muscles and eating too much sodium. it was a huge hit to the morale though. HUGE. however, i'm not going to let it derail me.

You know if your are on plan and exercising like crazy that you are not gaining fat. So you know it must be water retention in your muscles or sodium like you said. Stay hydrated and keep going. It will come off.
