Wow! After 1 week of eating whatever I wanted I only gained 1 lb! Of course it helped that I NEVER SAT DOWN! We snorkeled and walked and jogged and swam and I am exhausted. I've gotten back on the atkins bandwagon this morning and will hopefully enjoy a big loss over the next week as my body readjusts to low carb, no sugar. I think I'm going to have to work in beer holidays though. I really missed having GOOD beer.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
