I did the 12 hour diet yesterday and I'm doing the 1 day diet today. I worked out yesterday and I'm working out today. Al is doing the 1 day diet today with me.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
