Saturday weigh in day. I am what I weighed when I went on vacation. I am thinking I couldn't have lost 4 pounds in less than a week of being back. Probably some water weight from the junk I ate while being away. So I didn't gain anything so that is good. I did keep up with walking while on vacation. It wasn't everyday but most days. I went to the store to buy some new shorts so I tried on the 12's and they were big so I tried on the 10's and I fit in them. Wore a new pair bowling. A league mate was bowling with us that I hadn't seen since one of the league games ended for the winter season and said "you have lost weight" so she noticed! Yay I am doing this and am sticking to it. I keep telling myself keep going!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
