I guess I continued my 4 mile walk is why I only gained a few pounds. Vacation is tough when it come s to eating and when your with a friend who is nothing but a foodie! But I enjoyed myself. Now I'm home back on track and would you know summer is trying to push this beautiful spring out of the way and come in like a inferno! Already can't wait for fall and winter...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
