I have now nicknamed my scales "The Teaser Box" because I never know when to believe it. Up DOWN Up DOWN...but my clothes tell the truth!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
