Well weight is up down up , but looking long term, am definitely heading the right way as my base weight has reduced. So good to be under 80 KG again. I am 5 '10" and it doesn't help when people say, you dont need to loose weight, but we all know what it feels to be a healthier weight. Determined to keep working on the diet !!!!
