After making excuses for the stress in my life and falling off the wagon with food I'm back!
Tony Horton & the 10 Minute Trainer is my new BFF!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
