I keep giving in to food I want but I know is bad for me. 5 crackers, which is okay, turns into 20. Not okay. :( Working out this morning as a "punishment" but also so I have energy today :)
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

I understand where you are coming from. It is so easy to get started eating the 5 crackers and then crave more. It sucks so I try to steer myself away from what I really really want because I know I will continually eat it. It is so hard!
