Down half a lb, but feeling very out of shape. Joined the Shred challenge, but only did it Monday and this morning (lvl 1) this week. Going camping Sunday until Friday, so won't be able to do it then, but I'm going to try to walk the beach every morning and will continue when I get back.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Congrats on your 1/2 pound drop! Great results already! Worth every bit of sweat isn't it?! I opened the Shred Challenge DVD today, then bought hand weights and a yoga mat. Just feeling too stuffed today to move! How do you find it?

I find that once you start doing it, you won't want to miss a day. And 20 mins is so easy to commit to. It's when you've stopped that it's hard to get back into! Good luck!
