Not surprised at all there was no loss. I ate reasonably well until dinner time a few nights and not having food in the house equals me making poor choices. Moral of that story - get more food at home! Had good breakfast, lunch and snacks, but dinner got me 2 times this week. Also, sinus drainage and sore throat I know you should drink MORE water, but I drank way less this week than I have in along time, so water is also a huge component for me. Hoping to get a loss next week and to start drinking more water again.
