Whoops, up a little. My range is 125–130, so just under. Was doing well, then had an anniversary dinner last night. It was quite healthy — beaucoup de veggies and half pork chop - but then there were the two glasses of red wine, hmmmm....

In general, I'm transitioning from Optavia foods to "real" foods, off & on. Sometimes when I want to get lower in my range, I go back to Optavia 5-1, like now. I'm auditioning this as my new system. Find/make meals and snacks that fit within Optavia guidelines for calories, protein, low glycemic. When I need to lose a little weight, go back on the Optavia packaged "fuelings."

Since finishing school Monday, I've been finding new wonderful ways to work out - yay!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
