not feeling tip top this morning. Woke up at 5 and finished the Dead Man's Bones book, then tried to go back to sleep. Got up again at 7:40 and got ready for Fernando at 8:30 - he was close to on time, and got right to work on the kitchen ceiling fan. He was done in not much over an hour...I did add some money to his asking price.

I got the dishwasher run again, third day in a row. I need to go out and get printer cartridges so I can make posters for the bag/bottle sale. I had thought I would also go walk at Lenox or Phipps but I'm having a hard time motivating myself. I'm very thankful for a quiet evening tonight. I did write something up for the LLCC newsletter, and want to write up something for Hala for Alternative Transportation Sunday. I need to call Tommie as well....
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
