I had a cheat meal two days ago (it was amazing) and my weight was up a pound yesterday. I’m back on track today and looking forward to my next meal out with family again in a few weeks. While it’s tough making all of these strides and seeing my weight go up after one meal, I think it’s also important to remember 1. Multiple cheat meals is what made me unhealthy 2. It’s okay to indulge every now and then.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
