Well here I am again. 105 days since I last logged on. I am really surprised that I have managed to maintain my weight even though I am still over a stone too heavy. I have decided to try again as I have been feeling depressed about my size this week. I am going on holiday in four weeks impossible to achieve my goal by then but I hope to at least see some improvement.
