What a pain after maintaining my weight for 3 months deciding to start recording my food intake last week I find I've gained a pound this week. Is it worth the bother I ask myself.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
