Another 200 gram drop vs yesterday and slowly going back to where I was.
still not quite sure what caused the upwards blip but I've cut down on salt and the weather here is cooling down slightly. so again a number of factors.
With pms I wouldn't be too surprised if it continues to fluctuate. Once that is out of the way I should hopefully see some stability again. and maybe even a drop!
I'm so close to being back at 54-55 kg and those last 4-5 kilos really do make all the difference from looking "good" to looking "great".
If I can get about a kilo a month off then by December when we go on our holiday I'll be at my goal and happiest!
