so last night i cheated!!!!!! i know right it was fried baby shrimp and bake potato but thats my one cheat for the whole week so i cant cheat not even this weekend. i still lost not as much as i want but i still lost.
321.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 171.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
