This was after my coffee, so who knows how much water weight I lost from overcaffeination! Regardless, considering I'm currently in a diet "state of exception" due to my exams this week, I'm very happy to see 4 pounds gone on the scale. Due to the so-called "state of exception," I'm only hoping for 1-2 pounds at the next way in. 212 would be great, but even if I stay at 214 by next Wednesday, I'll be content.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
