All laundry done at this point besides bathing suits which I do by hand. Walked this morning, and filling in this site after many days off. Going to Whole Foods today for more stuff for Thursday and Friday nights. Need to call Gerri at Branders to see if bottles were shipped yesterday...I have not gotten a notice. Hoping Jeff is coming Friday to get my email and other things straightened out. Need to do more straightening here, and not sure if I will be able to go to lunch w neighborhood women tomorrow or night....TBD.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
