HAVE A HAPPY FAST FRESH FROZEN FRIDAY
Today - the sun is shining again ...
clear out computer games (awwwww)
and out into the real world to restock on our groceries
and try to drop off the 1.4 pounds of ???? (it was a blur)
When you find yourself eating frozen porgies and frozen green beans
at midnight - you realize -
"I have to get out of the house more often."

I keep having this re-occurring dream ...
in my dream I live next door to the Canadian Parliament
and they keep coming over to borrow a cup of common sense.
When nothing else works - try that!
146.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
