By the end of the day, I had deliberately under eaten and drank more water. I also had finished two hours of heavy exercising by way of Karate, Muay Thai, and Grappling. I weighed myself prior to eating and drinking for dinner.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
