Blob down, muscle holding. Did some cardio before puppy class last night, we had 27 dogs. I think that's the most we've had since the plague. I taught, that was entertaining given the Hogan is back to feeling like himself and enjoyed telling everyone what to do and what he thought. Since everyone's energy was high, we ran all the dogs around the park finally realizing my vision of a doggie parade! I didn't get pics, but I'm sure someone did. it was quite the spectacle.

day 4 of the experiment. I have only managed to get my heart rate up to 145 outside of the pool. going to have to drag the treadmill out and do sprint sets, I guess. never thought that would be a thing in my life.

in other news, there is a crow frequently my yard all day now. I'm betting there's a nest nearby. hard to get pics because they're so darn smart. I also had a hawk sitting in my tree the other morning making all the other birds nuts. think that was a Cooper's hawk but need to look it up first. pics will come again one day. just trying to make sure I log to keep the habit.

it's always busy in San Diego. sunny, not so much right now. may gray, June gloom are upon us. not complaining, it waters my yard.

I would love to see the doggy parade - sounds like so much fun! Sprint sets on the other hand do not sound like fun, but you know what you're doing and I'm rooting for you all the way! Pressing on...
