Still yo-yoing on the scale but trending down, Measurements aren't going down as fast as they were. Vacation is in one week, so I'll have a small diet holiday and then when I get back I can really start integrating more exercise without the worry of injuring myself and ruining vacation. We have a very active vacation planned- swimming with manatees, snorkeling for scallops and amusement parks which will involve miles of walking. Hopefully the activity will balance out the carbs I plan to indulge in. :)
