I stopped logging intake at the end of December 2021. It's been a tough 4 months trying to establish some sort of self discipline. I think I need to start back logging before this train really goes off the rails. New job position and responsibilities didn't help but still... NO EXCUSES

I am back at it 😊
273.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
