1 month Post surgery weigh in. Only been cleared to walk. Going very low csrb
Started an egg fast to jump-start my weight loss.

176.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 31.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.6 lb a week

Thank you so much for the encouragement. I know this journey is a roller coaster and it's so disheartening to see so much of my hard earned weight loss gone due to this surgery. I will stay positive and continue on my journey to living a health, grateful life.
