Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, far exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 416 kcal deficit // BF↓0.4 // barely missed Sleep Goal
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
