Slow progress, but progress all the same. Think a late dinner out with friends may have made it less of a drop, so hopefully see a little better results by the end of next week.
329.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2015 kcal Fat: 98.37g | Prot: 122.11g | Carb: 170.67g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter, Rotisserie Chicken, Italian Bread, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Rising Crust Pizza - Three Meat. Snacks/Other: Van-O-Lunch Cookies Monre Rich Vanilla Creme, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Mint Dark Chocolate. more...
