Woke at 3:30, back to bed at 4:45. Walked, beached, lunched, got into email to learn bottle order was in jeopardy...Beth is handling, thank goodness! Parson,s table for dinner tonight...all of us going except eliz, bill, Ryan, and kids...
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
