This is my first time going backwards since I started eating healthier and walking on February 28th! But, my best friend took me and my daughter-in-laws to a movie and then dinner Sunday for my birthday and last night my husband surprised me with all the kiddos and a few friends coming over to the house. So while I was not truly bad, I did not stick to my plan 100%. AND it was rainy and cold yesterday so I only walked around the house and did not get to do my 2 miles.
It is a beautiful sunny day today - who wants to walk with me at lunch?? lol
254.4 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
