Period week, so I’m not too phased on fluctuations. My body is being a woman’s body and I’m not going to punish myself because of bloating etc. thankful for health and to have a normal cycle. 🙇‍♀️♥️
228.0 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
