I have to go to a wedding tonight, and i'm not sure what to expect from a food perspective. I've been keeping very good track of my calories, so I'm actually planning to go over today; i just wish i knew how to log it accurately
203.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
