Milestone of 1st 30 lbs lost! Did elliptical really late last night (after midnight). Wanted to get bagged clothes downstairs, ready to put out this am (6am).1386 steps, 274 calories.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
