Wahoo!!! I lost 2 pounds this week and I have officially lost 30 pounds!! And today I walked in the March of Dimes 3k walk!!!
287.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 112.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
