Keeping eye on eight ball

Struggled to keep up the organised activity this week, as lots of life's challenges placed into schedule. Wednesday and the pool out of commission for hours; Friday and a funeral; Saturday with the Bristol Foodie Festival. Ate and drank to my hearts content! Again, used the build up the calorie deficit at the beginning of the week to cover the two days of gluttony throughout the weekend. Has worked out surprisingly well as total deficit for the week ± 800 cal. Translated into net zip increase/decrease in weight!

Note to self: This is not a good strategy to manage weight in long term. Will have stern talking-to-self through the up and coming week.

Would like to decrease physical activity but need to address food intake as dieting not an option. Target for next month is to tighten the two-pack and drop the balance of the residual fat! Will start looking for a core focused challenge soon!

173.7 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
