7.12.09 workout 17 min run plus 3 sets of:20 Curls (Pb15), 6 assisted pullups, 20 pushups, 15 leg lifts, 3 pullups & 20 Squats(pb15). My body seems it wants salt and something sweet like diet cokes .... maybe the quick reduction for cal intake ... staying away from table salt addition and monitoring soda intake ...
248.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
