Well our scales have put me on the high side of the 190 mark for a few days now so will take a chance and log 191.
Today a 100% forecast rain day so may not get my lengthy hike in. Then again maybe I'll just go for it; it's only water.😊
191.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is a great drop! And, we too have 100 percent rain here. My walk was very damp, but thankfully not pouring down until after I got home. At least it wasn't too cold! I call it a day when there is icy feeling rain!
