Just got back from work trip, where overeating always occurs! Ate over 3800 calories Wed., had less than 1700 yesterday.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2429 kcal Fat: 82.00g | Prot: 180.76g | Carb: 240.25g.   Breakfast: Fat Free Milk, Honeycomb. Lunch: 100% White Grape Cherry Juice, Milk Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Egg, Turkey & Cheese Sandwich. Dinner: Fried Battered Oysters, Ranch Salad Dressing, Jalapeno Poppers (6 Pack), Sprite, Crayfish (Crawfish). Snacks/Other: Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Milk Chocolate with Marshmallow Flavored Creme Peepsters. more...
