Day 8 at the same weight. I do work out pretty heavily 5 days a week. I wonder if the weight loss has slowed to the point that muscle gain is offsetting. I just dropped another pant size without any loss. Still, like to see the scale move!!!
235.3 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
